Fairly based prices for appointments are listed below.
Most types of therapies are booked and charged based on appointment time length, however, I book my RAPID and Tuning Fork ( Fine Vibration) therapy treatments as a set 45 min time slot and standard rate of $80 regardless of the amount of time used to complete treatment.
I offer direct billing to most major insurance providers. Coverage depends on your individual plan. If direct billing is unavailable, or only partially covered or difficult to navigate, you are responsible for the unpaid portion at the time of your treatment. A receipt with my credentials will be provided for you to submit on your own.
