Booking your session
Booking your massage with Dana is designed for your ease. I utilize an intuitive online calendar system, allowing you to select your preferred service, date, and time with just a few clicks. This ensures a hassle-free process from start to finish inclusive of confirmation and adjustment of your appointment.

My online booking system provides a straightforward way to schedule your massage at your convenience. Simply choose your desired service, and the online calendar, allows you to view and select from various available times making it simple to fit a visit into your busy schedule. Popular times, like evenings and weekends, are sure to fill fast. I advise you book in advance.
Confirm your visit
Once you've chosen your treatment, date and time, confirm your booking with ease and receive a confirmation for your upcoming relaxation session by email.
Scheduling lost time
In the event that you are not situated to arrive at the set start time of your appointment, you will have lost part of your booking, yet be charged for the full price of the service. I will adjust the time allotted for you, ONLY when the circumstances do not interrupt events that follow as a result.

If you would rather email call or text 587-306-0069 please be patient, as you might not be answered immediately. I do not operate administration.
Important booking information
To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following information and policies:
- A $25 no-show and no-contact fee will apply to missed appointments when the client does not send any communication that the appointment will not be upheld by the client. Your time is held and locked out from other clients who might be looking to book. It is understood that 'life happens'.
- The $25 dollar fee is due before future appointments can be fulfilled.
- This fee is applied when appointments are cancelled within one hour of their start time or without any notice or contact at all. Any appointments cancelled more than one hour from your start time will not face any penalty.
- Please send a message by call or text to inform me that you cannot keep your appointment with as much notice as possible so that the time might be offered to other waiting clients and you can avoid the additional charge.
- Please note that there is no waiting room at this time. Kindly do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, or please wait in your vehicle.
- Dana reserves the right to refuse treatment and deny bookings to any client at any time.
- Occasionally 'Life Happens' to me, the therapist, as well as it does you, the client. I will always give as much notice as possible to rebook appointments when and if needed. Usually this notice is sent by way of text message whenever possible.
- Please know that my family includes dogs and a cat. Sometimes family members come and go with sound but they WILL NOT intentionally interrupt your treatment or my focus. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
